This amount will be applied towards the purchase amount if the sale is completed. 4LOWFARE.COM Inc. reserves the right to respond to only those booking requests which it deems to be genuine and which may result in securing confirmed reservations. 4LOWFARE.COM Inc. will make its best efforts to secure confirmed reservations and respond to each booking request in a reasonable time. Terms of Sale This travel agency acts only as agent in all matters connected with the making and securing of reservations for transportation, accommodations, tours, and/or other arrangements for the retail clients of this agency and for various disclosed principals and contractors in the form of airlines, ship lines, tour wholesalers, limousine services, and owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services, hereinafter referred to as "suppliers". This travel agency does not own, manage, control, or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant, insurance company, tour or sightseeing company or any other service that would fit into the classification of "supplier". As an agent, all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, end tickets issued by this travel agent and/or other "suppliers" are subject to any and all related tariffs as well as the terms and conditions specified by each "supplier". The acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and/or tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the foregoing conditions and also to the further condition that neither this travel agency nor any of its representatives shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, including but not limited to dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary, routing or schedules from any cause beyond the control of this travel agency or from any loss or damage resulting from insufficient improperly issued passports, visas or other documents and that neither this travel agency nor any of its representatives shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional or liability sustained or incurred as a result of the foregoing causes. This travel agency is neither responsible nor liable for defaults of "suppliers" or any other person, company or incorporation not directly under its control. In the case of air, ship, rail, automobile, or other form of transportation, the passenger contract in use by the provider of such transportation, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the passenger and such airline, ship line, railroad, car rental, or other company. By accepting the coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and/or tickets related to a travel service arranged by this agency, the purchaser indemnifies the agency and its suppliers against any damages, law suits and any other loss due to the use, misuse or non-availability of such services to any extent. In the event a third-party files a claim or lawsuit against the agency related to the purchase transaction of the purchaser, the purchaser indemnifies the travel agency against all such actions and agrees to reimburse all costs borne by the agency related to the claim or lawsuit. You, the passenger, may request reimbursement from TCRC if you are owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which was not refunded in a timely manner by a seller of travel who was registered and participating in the TCRC at the time of sale. The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRC to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel, not to exceed $15,000. A claim must be submitted to the TCRC within six months after the scheduled completion date of the travel. A claim must include sufficient information and documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee. you must agree to waive your right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a claim with the TCRC, if you were located in California at the time of the sale.
